This page explains the operational privacy controls built into Fashionflo Stores. It is intended to support Fashionflo's published privacy notice and should be reviewed alongside the company's final legal/privacy documentation.

Necessary technologies support security, checkout, login and core site functions. Optional analytics, advertising and preference technologies are controlled separately.

Marketing communications
Email marketing permission is kept separate from cookie/advertising choices. Leaving a marketing opt-in unchecked does not stop Fashionflo responding to an enquiry or sending messages required to operate an order/account/service.
Every marketing contact can be marked as consented, withdrawn or suppressed in Fashionflo's internal consent register. Marketing connector releases must respect that suppression state.
Data rights requests
Fashionflo's Admin system includes a controlled register for access, correction, erasure, objection and restriction requests. The register is an operational workflow aid and does not replace the requirements of applicable data-protection law.
